asaju
The earliest available Subarashii Kudamono patented variety, AsaJu is harvested in early September. It bears a yellow-green color with a light russett adding to the unique character of each fruit, and a smooth, round shape. AsaJu is semi-sweet with a subtle, delicate flavor. It is quite crisp and very juicy.
   
junosan
More distinct and slightly sweeter than AsaJu, JunoSan ripens in mid-September. It has a characteristic reddish-brown color and a smooth, round shape. JunoSan is very crisp, very juicy and richly flavored.
   
lilysan
The last of September’s harvest, LilySan carries a milder, semi-sweet, clear flavor. It has deep brown, russetted skin and a smooth, wide, round shape. LilySan also has a more delicate crispness than AsaJu, JunoSan and SuSan.
   
susan
The last-harvested Subarashii Kudamono patented variety, SuSan is remarkably sweet with a lush rich flavor. It has a distinctly ovate-conical shape with clean, light brown skin and is very crisp and juicy.
